You will participate in a hiking adventure of the Sipi falls and Mount Elgon. You will enjoy a boat cruise on the superb waters of the Nile. The cruise takes you to the source where the river starts its long journey to the Mediterranean Sea.
Located in the northwestern part of the country is Murchison Falls National Park, a premier wildlife safari destination. Its known for the remarkable wildlife show having both the big and small game. Its also known for its powerful falls where the Nile squeezes into a 7metre gorge and somersaulting 40meters into the “Devils Cauldron”. it’s the country’s biggest National Park with a huge appeal for wildlife and photography safaris.

Note: Welcome to the Pearl of Africa! Meet and Greet by the guide on the day you arrive at the airport. The guide will then transfer you to the hotel in Kampala for your stay and relaxation.

Package Itinerary
Leave Kampala after breakfast, transfer east of the country to Jinja past the beautiful countryside. En-route you will visit the Ssezibwa falls then continue with the journey.
After lunch, you will go for a source of the Nile cruise and explore the imposing waters of this mighty river.

Today you will taste your adrenaline levels when you take on a rafting adventure on the Nile. There are various grades of rapids that you may decide to raft depending on your interest and you can also decide either to participate in full or half day rafting.
Later in the day, return to the lodge for relaxation.

Have an early breakfast, and depart Jinja for Kapchorwa in the eastern part of the country and head to Sipi Falls area. In the afternoon hours after a lunch break, you take on an adventurous hike all the way to the top of the Sipi Falls. It is absolutely impressive with the summits commanding stunning scenery of the endless plains.
Winding trails lead past beautiful sites and local communities, and the area is a perfect location for Kodak moments.

Prepare to hike Mount Elgon, transfer to the park reception area where you meet with the guide, he will brief you about the activity then set-off for the hike. The activity will last through the day and therefore you carry packed lunch boxes. The trek rewards you with encounters of various interesting features and species. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Depart east of the country to the North-western part in the direction of Murchison falls national park entering through the northern sector. On arrival, you will transfer to the lodge where you will have your stay. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.
Meal Plan: Full board, Overnight: Chobe safari lodge (Luxury)/Pakuba Safari lodge (Midrange) /Fort Murchison lodge (Basic).
Hit the beautiful savannas of the park for an early game drive. You will be able to see lots of big and small game like Elephants, Rothschild’s Giraffes, Hippos, Jackson’s Hartebeests and other wildlife. The drive takes place on the northern section of the park through the beautiful undulating savannas and lasts about 3 hours.
After a lunch break you will then go for an afternoon launch trip along the Victoria Nile. The trip sets off from Paraa going upstream of the river to the bottom of the astonishing waterfalls. Expect to see some wildlife along the banks such as reptiles, mammals and birds.
You will also visit top of the falls where the Nile squeezes into a small gorge producing a thunderous roar.

Start with a hearty breakfast at the lodge, check-out and then embark on the journey back to Kampala. Drop off will be at the hotel or at the airport for your international flight home.
